AA Performance Products VW Connecting Rods, 5.394", 3/8" Bolts, I-Beam, Chevy Journal
This is a brand new set of I-Beam connecting rods for the Volkswagen 1600cc based aircooled engine with VW journals. These are forged chromoly steel with high strength 3/8" rod bolts, and are stroke clearanced for the bigger stroked cranks. The 2" Chevy journal is smaller than the standard VW journal giving you even more stroker clearance. These rods are a great upgrade over stock VW rods and will work great in a stroker engine.
These are available in 5.394", 5.400" & 5.500" Lengths.
