AA Performance Products VW Crankshaft, 74mm, VW Journal, Forged 4140

Developed for performance while on a budget, this AA Performance Products counter weighted crankshaft is great for Volkswagen street engines that produce 100-150hp. This Counter Weighted Volkswagen crankshaft is forged from 4140 Chromoly and is precision CNC machined. The oil passages are Cross Drilled and Chamfered. It has been Shot-peened and Magnafluxed. The Main & Rod Journals have been Radiused, Nitrided, Precision Ground and Micro Polished. Requires the use of an offset SPG 8-dowel flywheel. Flywheel dowel pins included.  

Installation Note: Stroker Cranks require machining of case and possibly other internal components for rod clearance. Crankshaft dowel pins may need to be installed.
