EMPI VW Air Filter Element, 7 x 4-1/2 x 1-3/4in, Oval, Gauze

This gauze air filter element is used in most single/dual carburetor air filter assemblies that utilize an IDF/DRLA/HPMX style carburetor. Filter dimensions, 7" length x 4-1/2" width x 1-3/4" tall.  

Installation Note: This filter element comes round but is flexible and will form to the oval air filter assemblies.  

Paper, good filtration for small particles but only a single use and must be replaced often. Commonly used in street driven vehicles.  
Foam, good filtration for larger particles and can be washed and reused. Commonly used in off-road driven vehicles.  
Gauze, best filtration for small particles and can be washed and reused. Commonly used in street driven vehicles.
